  1. Eligibility For Return: To be eligible for a return, the physical product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, we can’t offer a replacement.
  2. Digital Download Items: Please note that due to the nature of these items, all sales of digital download products are final. They are not eligible for refund or return.
  3. Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and within 7 days of receiving the product, with details and photographs of the product defect or damage. If eligible, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and arrange a replacement.
  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at theteam@levelupyourskills.com with your proof of purchase, the reason for return, and any relevant photos or evidence. If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  5. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. Replacement: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the status of your replacement. If approved, then your replacement will be processed, and a new product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
  7. Delays or Problems with Replacement: If you haven’t received a replacement within a reasonable timeframe, or have any other problem, please contact our customer service.
  8. Change of Mind: Please be aware we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
